3 DAY ACTION POLICY – CONTACT US WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ORDER

At MEZY, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied due to fabric quality/damage, print quality/damage, or size issues, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for a resolution.

Return

All orders on MEZY are printed to ship (printed on demand). Returns are accepted only for fabric, print quality issues, wrong size, or color.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it goes into production. Once in production, cancellations are not possible. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

Damaged/Quality Issues

Provide photos demonstrating the poor quality of print or damaged areas. This will expedite resolution and help improve our processes.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed promptly after resolution. The timeframe varies based on the payment method used. 

Missing Information

Ensure correct shipping details to avoid return fees. Unclaimed packages can be resent at additional cost.
